The property is set between Old Sharm and Naama Bay giving easy access to both areas, whilst at the same time a little set back from the hustle and bustle in a new residential area. A 2 bedroom apartment with a double bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom and a pull out sofa bed so can sleep up to 7 people. The apartment is fully equipped with cable TV, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. There is air conditioning, a safe, cd/dvd player, iron, hair and clothes dryer and lounge and dining seating for 4 people. We also provide all linen and pool towels for your convenience. |

The apartment has a shared swimming pool and garden and is situated about 3km from Naama bay or Sharm El Maya. The apartment is about 15 km away from Sharm el Sheikh Airport and transfers can be arranged, please contact me for details. the apartment has a lovely roof terrace with a BBQ in the dining area, where you can watch the sunset over the mountain range. |

The normal let is for a week and is on a self-catering basis, but we will also do long term lets (over 1 month) and Short-breaks (4 days or less). We also take corporate bookings, Stag & Hen parties and the apartment is suitable for children but we do not allow pets. A 25% non returnable deposit confirms your booking, once cleared funds are received a receipt/confirmation will be e-mailed to you. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. There is no extra charge for late checkout for those night flights cleaning allowing. Changes of linen and cleaning available and a welcome pack is provided with the essential tea and coffee.
